Find Some Breathing Room
The breathing room is designed for you to take a moment during your day to relax, focus, and connect with your higher self. Listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean throughout the day or engage in a moment of meditation.
Meditation suggestion - find a quiet room where you will not be disturbed. Sit in a comfortable position. Become very still and begin breathing deeply. When you are ready, click on the Breathing Room link and close your eyes. Listen to the sound of the ocean and clear your mind. Feel yourself relax deeply, feeling your body and observing your breath. Begin your Meditation.
When you are ready, begin to slowly broaden your awareness back into the world around you, becoming aware of your external sensations of space, sound, touch, and light. Slowly open your eyes with the intent of carrying your state of mindfulness with you throughout your day.
